Feed Me Answers! asked:
I am only hearing one side of the debate. The only reason against it I have heard is that it cheapens marriage. That allowing same *** marriage somehow changes what a husband and wife have. I would like to know more.
So far, we have god, but I do not even know if he exists. Some strange logic that ********** marriage leads to a disappearance of traditional marriage and inevitably incest, and someone who boils it down to semantics. Are these the best arguments out there?

She came to US in 1991 via marriage until 2001 when the man died without any child. She then asked me for marriage; sent pretty photos, discussed sweetly on the phone, etc.
But when I came over and we got married in court here, she turned into a tiger, conttrolling me, my income in joint account, and when I react she threatens to ask the USCIS to return me back to Africa.
Infact, I am miserable because she caused me to resign from my employment and terminate my Masters
programme. Moreover, she is older than what she told me.What are my optins please?

A friend of mine is on visitor visa (B2) and fell in love with this woman. Now they have decided to get married in US. Can B2 visa be changed to Permanent Resident after marriage to a US Citizen?
my question actually is whether my friend will have to go back to his country and then come back of fiance visa to get married in US or is it possible for him to remain in US and marry on B2 visitor visa and then file for permanent residency?

My bf and I have been dating for almost a year. We both are recently divorce and have been discussing marriage for a few months now. I don’t know how much time should pass before I expect a serious sign of a life long commitment.

How long does one have to pay for mistakes that they make at 17. Is 23 years long enough. Do you have to cry for sixty years to honor your marriage vows?
Let me clear things up I didn’t make a mistake in my marriage at 17. I am referring to not being mature enough to get married in the first place at seventeen and our differences keep me in tears.
