well… if she has no idea that your doing it…
wake up earlier then she does…
and leave her a note where you know she will find it….make sure to tell her she brings a nice dress with her.
tell her she has a great day ahead of her and that you want her to go to a spa….. and when she gets to the spa have a pre paid message ready for her when the message is over have a limo and you standing outside of it waiting on her outside the spa place! take her out to dinner and have a single rose in your hand and well if things are ment to be things will fall right into place!

Well where did you take her on your first date? Was it a restaurant, movie, park? I would do something really creative there. I know one guy who rented out a whole theatre room (where they had their first date), and did a slide show of their 3 year courtship on a montage kind of thing. And there was a big ole thing across the screen that said, “Abby, Will you marry me?” His family and her family were hiding so they couldn’t be seen.. And came out when she said yes. Totally caught abby by surprise. That’s creative I think.:) Good Luck.

Do you have any common hobbies/interests? I had a friend that liked to golf with her boyfriend. She found a diamond engagement ring on the 9th hole and there was a limo waiting to take them to dinner. A coworker also proposed by using a fortune cookie at a Chines restaurant because his girlfriend loved Chinese food. You could also get the help of her friends or coworkers. Fill her work cubicle with roses
(or even more romantic – a specific flower she likes or one you saw on your first walk together) and a “Marry me” sign or do it in a friend’s apartment and have the friend ask her to come over.

Take her to a fine dining restaurant. Order wine or champagne and when she isn’t looking slip the diamond ring into her glass. When she goes to drink it WOW! You could ask the waiter to bring her a glass of wine with the diamond in it.
