Are my beleifs about love compatible with islamic law?

I would simply like you guys to help me come to a conclusion of the thoughts and beleifs about love in islam. these are my thoughts:

* Love is allowed, as it is only a feeling.
*Meeting with the girl is allowed, but with a chaperphone (uncle, brother or friend) or someone responsible.
* During the meeting you are allowed to talk but NOT touch.
* You can meet until the point where you feel there is an attraction.
* Making sure there is mutual attraction is important as it ensures compatibility.

Please confirm is my beleifs comply with islamic law.
