At what point does dating become a mental problem rather that a social one?

To further explain, almost all of my emotions connected to dating are fueled by anxiety. They have always been linked. It is not unlikely I could have a panic attack.

    its in the second stage of a relationship to prove if you really love them or its just an attraction between you two.

    If anxiety is attached it’s mental problem.

    You probably are putting too much emphasis on what others feel about you and rejection.

    Try talking to a therapist.
