Can I divorce with my husband only one year later after I got a green card?

No, you cannot. You must remain married for 2 years.

I have no idea how long it takes in your case. But I do know that this is why a lot of American’s are afraid to marry foreigners. Seems to me you just used him to get your citizenship. Shame on you!
