It was the ex husbands family who she signed the papers for. I know notaries cannot sign if they are related by blood, marriage or adoption but I don’t know how it works if they are divorced.

Yet again, she had never gone to a court, nor received any kind of documents by mail, nor signed ANY kind of document before.
