Does anyone know what a “true love ” knot in an umbilical cord is?

I just gave birth 2 days ago and when my husband cut the baby’s umbilical cord the doctor said she never seen 2 knots in the cord and said they were called true love knots.

   here is information on true knots

   It just says its a true knot. About 1 in every 100 births have these and they are knots that have no tightened.
