    look in the mirror…grab a hand full of fat and get disgusted…my husband does that and he goes to salads

    Go shopping and try out new healthy things.Then if you like them then start eating them!

    when you go the grocery store try not to shop in the aisles first…
    shope around the outsides, in the inside of the isle its all the junk food on the outside its like the fruit and shit

    When you are going to the grocery store go through the store and start planning meals that you love to eat out. Anything you eat at restraunts is almost 100% healthier if you make it at home. You can also start by going to a recipe website and listing ingredients that you love to eat, and the search will bring you recipes that you can make using your favorite foods. If you love hamburgers make them at home on the grill using tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and lean meat. The options are almost endless and you will probably find that you will have more money than going out to eat all the time. You might even lose weight. Good Luck

    try buying colourful fresh veg and look on the net for different recipes. narrow your search by including healthy things you like. you cant eat healthily for a long time if you dont enjoy what your eating. remember, you dont always like things first time, so try again later, or prepare it differently.
