Is it always true about what they say “Love comes only once in a lifetime” ?

lydias asked:

Im very young as a matter of fact. Since im still young, and haven’t seen much of the Real world yet. I was wondering if what they say is always true about love coming once a lifetime? And is it possible that the one meant for you can be right in front of your eyes?? some stories would be good good or bad. ty =]

I think that quote could be interperted in many ways, therefore have a lot of meanings to it. It’s one of those questions that end up with so many answers, maybe too many.

I don’t think so. You can love a number of people but in the end you do truly find the one you love the most and that is loyal to you or at least that is what they say I wouldn’t know lol but no you can love someone and fall out of love with them because they cheated and then down the line find the right person.

you’re going to have a lot of loves in your life. many you would be just fine and some you’ll figure out are not really who you thought they were or realize its not meant to be. you just have to listen to whats in your heart and you’ll know whether its “true” love or if its meant to be

Life is NOT like The Matrix- I personally don’t believe in “The One”. I think there are many people that are compatible. You just have to find someone you click with. It’s not easy of course. I was with someone for 11 years and married for 8 of them. I really thought he was THE one. When we got divorced almost 3 years ago, I thought I was going to fall apart. Now that thought makes me laugh. I’m happier than I ever dreamed of being….and I’m with someone AMAZING and we totally adore each other. Is he THE one? I don’t know…..but right now, he’s EVERYTHING to me, and I can live with that:-) Also, there are no guarentees in life my dear. Stop worrying about finding your one and only true love because you may miss out if you’re over analyzing!

Well, there are many different kinds of love. First crush puppy love. First true love. Love that comes and goes. And then there is lasting love. There is steady love and passionate love that fades.

And yes, love could be right in front of your eyes the whole time. I married a man 10 years ago that I could not even stand for 5 years before we started dating. Now I love him with every fiber of my being. Go figure.
