Is there any law against hermaphrodite marriage in the united states?

marriage
Darian asked:

I mean same-sex marriage is a problem in some states, is there something similar when dealing with hermaphrodites? Or can they legally marry anyone from either sex in states where same-sex marriage is not legally accepted?

Dude…..At birth the parents choose what sex……I dont think they are allowed to get that old

The vast majority of hermaphrodites are altered at birth into either male or female (usually female) and it stays that way on their records. Often they don’t know. I’m sure unaltered hermaphrodites exist and get married, but for god’s sake don’t give the evangelicals something new to be neurotic about.

By the time you are old enough to marry, you have had a sex assigned and/or determined by which sex you prefer treatment.
