   Yes they are. Love is when you dedicate yourself to somebody in order to protect them. The love between sister and brother is love of family, but love between you and your bf is a different ‘strand’ (or so to speak) of love.

   of course theris different love. love for a a animal,love for your family and finally love for your lover. love is very hard to understand but when ur inlove you know it and theres no way of really explaining how it truely deep down feels. we long for love.. but when we have it…we wonder why we want it so much. love is like a rollarcoster.. highs and lows… and you just have to tough some stuff out! hope this bit helped… if no.. sorry

   According to Webster’s new Collegiate Dictionary, love is a strong affection for another. According to my dictionary, love is much more then those few words.

   Love is…

   …when there is that one person who makes your heart beat faster and slower at the same time

   …when you follow your heart, not your head

   …when imagination over powers common sense

   …how you make up after a fight

   …if you trust someone with your life

   …an unbreakable bond

   …when your foot pops at a kiss

   …when it is mentally impossible to imagine your life without that person

   …the one thing that keeps you alive every day of your life

   I had to write that for English last year =P

   Many different kinds of love. All from the heart, but different meanings. You love your mom and dad, but mom always seems to share a little deeper, yet you love both. God is another kind of love, altho we are suppose to love him more than our parents or anything. Our sis, and bro, are another kind of love from the heart. Our friends, our pets, our neighbors. All different, all from the heart, all different meanings.

   based on my experience, my definition for “LOVE” is a dove of success that bring us together to create a miracle of hope. yes, everytime you love someone and loving you back, there’s a hope… the love for your brother, sister is very different for loving your someone. love for you brother, sister, or parents is called “eternal” love and the love for you someone is called “eternity”.. you will understand what i’ve trying to say if you fall inlove already.good luck!
