How can I get my marriage annulled easily?

I got married last Sept. 26, 2006 in the Philippines, I moved to UAE last April 2007, we found out that my husband’s real name doesn’t match the name that he used when we applied for the marriage contract, now we are no longer together and we wanted to get our marriage annulled. Can I simply ask to let the marriage contract rejected or do we still have to file for an annulment? What would be the best ground for annulment?

How can I petition my minor children to US, I have acquired a green card through marriage to a US Citizen?
