What are some effective exersises to get rid of love handles?

I am not fat but I have small love handles. They are annoying and I want to know how to get rid of them quick and easy.

    Go to the gym 3X a week, sit-up, push-ups, running on the treadmill, aerobics, diet,etc…

    think of fat on your body like snow melting. where the snow is deeper, it takes longer to melt. you have to be burning fat over your entire body to lose it, and it takes longer in trouble areas. try walking or running and a good diet.

    Reduce your fat intake, eat more fiberous foods, such as vegetables, for exercise walk, run and do stomach crunches. Watch this 8 minute Abs video and do the exercises in it.

    In addition to following a good diet and full body exercise routine,here are some good exercises that will help with your love handles:
    torso twists
    bicycles
    side bends.

    If you do the first exercise more than once a day, you’ll see even faster results. But even if you only do it once, you’ll see some (not huge, though) noticeable results in 1-2 weeks.
