What do guys mean when they call you their soul-mate?

I just started talking to this guy online and we have everything in common. He said he thinks that we are soul-mates. I am 25 and he is 32. Would a guy say that and not be sincere?

nobody can date anybody online. that is totally a fantasy. pure BS. if he thinks you’re soulmates and he’s only met you on line, he is a manipulative sociopath. run for the hills. why would he say that?

If its just online, its probabaly he just want to get in bed with you. But who knows!?

it really means a lot of things. its either, he really really likes you or he is making you think he likes you a lot. depends on his motive and intention
