Then when she gets a puzzled look on her face like "suprise for what" you step out wearing a nice suit and propose. You could also try and have her family there, if her work-place goes along with it. If not you could bring her to a concert and ask if you could go up on stage and do it. Or have do a party type thing at the beach, have family and friends set up something nice and bring her there then pop the question.
