I know we’re not the same age but why dont you try going into mens department stores like any one it doesn’t matter a mens clothing store fishing place (where they buy tackle i guess) or sporting goods stores and strike a conversation with them the sales people or the customers say your looking for a gift I’m sure there’s plenty of single men and where better to find one its where all men go lol

Try meeting someone while doing activities that you enjoy like golfing. That way you’ll have some common ground. But you don’t wanna have everything in common cause then you may get bored with each other.

You know, the harder you seek your soul mate, you might never find, or you might be mistaken that one IS your soul mate cos you want it so much. Stop looking, and just start looking for friendships. Because if you find the person that makes a wonderful friend, you might be surprised that things begin to evolve into something other than friendship.

Some ways to meet and make good friends is concerts, booksshops (you can always start up a conversation about a book some man is looking over intently), another really good place is online, but not the chat places…find a good forum that is about something you are interested in, such as music or parenting, or whatever. Start talking about the subject matter with others, there are many good men in these forums, simply because they have the same interests as you.

I met my soul partner online, when he emailed me about my poetry website. We were NOT seeking love at all..we actually became best friends and could talk about everything under the sun. Over time, that best friendship slowly evolved into a romantic relationship…so now I have the best of both worlds…best friends, as well as my soul partner. And the best thing was…neither of us were seeking a partner at all. (We’ve been together in a strong relationship now for 5 yrs)

There are so many youngsters on this site,and it is hard to get adult answers.But to TRY to give an answer,you may meet a guy ANYWHERE.It just depends on if he happens to be in the same place as you,and you happen to notice him.Alot of it is chance.I wonder alot of times if I will be able to meet someone.I’ve put my email address out there,I’ve done that damn profile for the SO CALLED FREE personals…What a cruel joke huh?There are so many pitfalls to dating these days.I empathize with your delema.And I share in your struggle.

i believe your Mr Right could be anywhere so keep your eyes open and you will find him or better HE WILL FIND YOU. I stopped looking for mines and he came and found me and i have been married 3 years now. Love is not found in a Park or Movies or Church or Supermarket it is found in another person it could happen any where.
