You can’t date or kiss or hug a minor in public if you are in your 20s. It is still considered statutory **** even if there isn’t ***********. Damn.

Go to your states website and look it up… That Information is so basic you shouldn’t have to dig very far to find it.
In my state… messing around with anyone under 17 is a major no no. In my neighboring state what you see as a simply kiss they consider a sexual assault on a minor and you’d be considered a sexual predator forever.
For the sake of your reputation and the embrassment your family and friends will have to endure stay away from the people your state considers minors.

This is governed by the states, so where ever your state puts it’s laws online would be where you want to start.
And no, *** is not always off limits. Most states have age of consent set at 16, some at 17, and a small handful at 18.
