phish asked:

I am writing a paper on a Midsummer Night’s Dream… And I am writing who speaks the most eloquently about love, but I am really caught between Puck (Robin Goodfellow) and Titania. Help me decide or give me some other good ideas. Thank you!

honestly I really didn’t feel as though Puck spoke eloquently of love in fact his response to the quarraling going on in front of him was quite crass he basiclly called humans fools, Personally i though Demetrius in the begining spoke eloquently saying the course of true love never did run smoothly ,as did Helena all throughout the entire play even though she wasn’t on the receiving end of love until the second half. but thats just my opinon.

    Historical Context

    Write a successful play essay.

Whether it’s for exam or coursework, essays based on plays can pose special difficulties. Poetry essays can be difficult because the poems are often tough to interpret; novels can be difficult because they are l-o-n-g; but plays are difficult because they are performed as well as heard: they are written for the stage, not the page.
